Dr. Matt Woodhams joined GFI in 2000 and oversees product development, marketing and support of GFI’s trading platforms, their compliance with current regulatory requirements and positioning for upcoming regulatory changes. Previously he held various roles within the company, including global head of data and analytics and oversight of the FENICS business, while based in New York. In 2007, Dr. Woodhams returned to London to head up e-commerce for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Before joining GFI, he headed quantitative analysis at Garban/Harlow Butler, now known as ICAP. Dr. Woodhams holds a BSc in management science and a PhD in mathematics from Swansea University.

Francesco Cicero
Francesco Cicero, coordinates non-voice brokerage initiatives across markets and runs E-credit globally. He works between New York and London. Cicero joined GFI as a senior fixed income broker. Mr. Cicero began his career in Italy in 1989, where he worked as a management consultant, marketing consultant and mass-media sales manager, before moving to London. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and a degree in international business and exchange markets from IUN Naples, Italy. Mr. Cicero is a regular lecturer on financial markets, related technologies and innovations.
Gautam Kapur
Gautam Kapur joined GFI in January 2014 to run product development, marketing and support of GFI’s electronic market initiatives in Asia Pacific. Mr. Kapur brings with him over 15 years of experience in areas of fixed income trading, sales and broking across Asian markets. Prior to GFI, he worked at IDBI Bank, Bloomberg L.P. and Creditex Brokerage, where he was Director and Head of Asia Pacific. Mr. Kapur holds a MBA in finance and a BCOM degree in economics from Bombay University.
