Membership and Fees

Application for participant status on GFI Swaps Exchange LLC’s SEF and SBSEF is open to any party that submits a completed application and satisfies the relevant participant status criteria.

Applicants must demonstrate that they are Eligible Contract Participants (ECPs) and for cleared swaps and security-based swaps, that they have satisfactory clearing arrangements in place with a clearing member or firm. Additionally, applicants must provide a completed membership application in which they agree to abide by the respective venue rules.
